91 13. The State shall implement, within a reasonable term and with the corresponding budgetary resources, a training program on due investigation and prosecution of facts which constitute forced disappearance of persons, addressed to Public Prosecutor’s Office agents, judges of the Judiciary Power of Bolivia with jurisdiction in the investigation and prosecution of facts such as those of the present case, in order to give such officers legal, technical and scientific elemtns to fully assess the practice of forced disappearance, in terms of paragraphs 257 to 259 of this Judgment 14. The State shall pay the amounts ordered in paragraphs 267, 271, 276, 283 and 291 of this Judgment, as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage and reimbursment of costs and expenses, as corresponding, within one year, from the notificacion of this Judgment, in the terms of paragraphs 266, 270, 274, 275, 282 and 288 to 290 herein. 15. The Court shall monitor full compliance with this Judgment, in exercise of its powers and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention, and will consider this case closed when the State has fully complied with all the provisions herein. Within one year from the notification of this Judgment, the State shall provide the Court with a report on the measure adopted to comply with it.
