The State must pay, within one year, for the costs and expenses arising in the domestic sphere and in the international proceedings before the inter-American system for the protection of human rights, the amounts established in paragraph 416 of this judgment, which must be delivered, as applicable, to the Grupo Interdisciplinario de Derechos Humanos and the Comisión Colombiana de Juristas, in the terms of paragraphs 416, 417 and 419 to 421 of this judgment. 26. It will monitor full compliance with this judgment and will consider the case closed when the State has fully executed its operative paragraphs. Within a year of notification of this judgment, the State must send the Court a report on the measures adopted to comply with it, in the terms of paragraph 425 of this judgment.
