The State must organize a media campaign on the rights of regular and irregular migrants on Dominican territory. The State must, within a reasonable time, adapt its domestic laws on the use of force by law enforcement officials, in the terms of paragraphs 274 and 275 of this Judgment. 10. The State must pay the amounts established in the paragraphs 284, 285, 288, 297 and 301 of this Judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, for reimbursement of costs and expenses, and to reimburse the Victims’ Legal Assistance Fund, in the terms of paragraphs 283 to 306 of this Judgment, within one year of notification hereof. 11. The State must, within one year of notification of this Judgment, submit a report to the Court on the measures adopted to comply with it. 12. The Court will monitor full compliance with this Judgment, in exercise of its attributes and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will conclude this case when the State has complied fully with the provisions of the Judgment.
