The State shall have a period of two years to construct a monument in memoriam of Blanca Jeannette Kawas-Fernández, and to mount up signs at the national park named after her, in accordance with paragraph 206 of this Judgment. 13. The State shall immediately and for as long as may be necessary provide free-ofcharge psychological and/or psychiatric care to Blanca Fernández, Selsa Damaris WattKawas, Jaime Alejandro Watt-Kawas, Jacobo Roberto Kawas-Fernández, Jorge Jesús KawasFernández and Carmen Marilena Kawas-Fernández, should they so request, in accordance with paragraph 209 of this Judgment. 14. The State shall have a period of two years to carry out a national awareness and sensitivity campaign regarding the importance of the work performed by environmentalists in Honduras and their contribution to the defense of human rights, in accordance with paragraph 214 of this Judgment. 15. It shall monitor full compliance with this Judgment and shall consider the instant case closed upon full compliance by the State with the provisions hereof, in accordance with paragraph 226 of this Judgment.
