3. In the terms of Article 1(1) of the American Convention, as well as that which was ordered in the Judgment issued on August 26, 2011, in the case Torres Millacura et al. V. Argentina, lifting the provisional measures in this Matter does not imply that the State is relieved of its conventional obligations of protection, pursuant to Considering clause 24 of this Order. 4.
