The facts of the petition concern the protection of life and personal integrity of AJ, his/her mother, and four members of the organization “Action Citoyenne pour le Respect des Droits Humains”, who suffered harassment and persecution by police officers after reporting sexual violence inflicted upon by AJ by one of these officers.
