Within one year as of notification of this judgment, the State shall provide the Court with a report on the measures adopted to comply with it. VIII OPERATIVE PARAGRAPHS 136. Therefore, THE COURT DECLARES, Unanimously, that: 1. It accepts the acknowledgment of international responsibility made by the State, in the terms of paragraphs 12 through 23 of this Judgment and indicates that the State is responsible for the violation of the rights enshrined in Articles 4(1); 5(1) and 5(2); 7(1), 7(2), 7(4), 7(5), and 7(6); 8(1) and 25(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights, in relation to Article 1(1) of the same treaty and Article I of the Inter-American Convention on Forced Disappearance, in detriment of María Tiu Tojín; in the terms of paragraphs 53 and 54 of the present Judgment. 2. It accepts the acknowledgment of international responsibility made by the State, in the terms of paragraphs 12 through 23 of this Judgment and indicates that the State is responsible for the violation of the rights enshrined in Articles 4(1); 5(1) and 5(2); 7(1) and 7(2); 8(1) and 25(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights, in relation to Article 1(1) and 19 of the same treaty and Article I of the InterAmerican Convention on Forced Disappearance, in detriment of the child Josefa Tiu Tojín; in the terms of paragraphs 53 and 54 of the present Judgment. 3. It accepts the acknowledgment of international responsibility made by the State, in the terms of paragraphs 12 through 23 of this Judgment and indicates that the State is responsible for the violation of the rights enshrined in Articles 5(1), 8(1), and 25(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights, in relation to Article 1(1) of the same, in detriment of Victoriana Tiu Tojín, in the terms of paragraph 54 of the present Judgment. 4. It accepts the acknowledgment of international responsibility made by the State, in the terms of paragraphs 12 through 23 of this Judgment and indicates that the State is responsible for the violation of the rights enshrined in Articles 8(1) and 25(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights, in relation to Article 1(1) of the same, in detriment of Josefa Tiu Imul, Rosa Tiu Tojín, Pedro Tiu Tojín, Manuel Tiu Tojín, and Juana Tiu Tojín, in the terms of paragraph 54 of the present Judgment. AND ORDERS, Unanimously, that: 5. This Judgment constitutes, per se, a form of reparation.
