The State shall pay the amounts established in paragraphs 136, 137, 143, and 146 of this judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and to reimburse costs and expenses, pursuant to paragraphs 151 to 156 of this judgment. 12. The State shall reimburse the Victims’ Legal Assistance Fund of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights the sum disbursed during the processing of this case, pursuant to paragraph 150 of this judgment. 13. The State shall, within one year of notification of this judgment, provide the Court with a report on the measures adopted to comply with it, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 114 of this judgment. 14. The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment, in exercise of its authority and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will consider this case closed once the State has complied fully with its provisions.
