7. The State shall continue the ongoing criminal investigations for the crimes of forced disappearance and torture, in the terms of paragraphs 143 and 144 of this judgment. 8. The State shall continue the search actions for Fredy Núñez Naranjo, in the terms of paragraphs 148 to 151 of this judgment. 9. The State shall provide the rehabilitation measures set forth in paragraph 155 of this judgment. 10. The State shall make the publications ordered in paragraph 157 of this judgment. 11. The State shall carry out a public act of acknowledgement of responsibility, in the terms of paragraphs 160 and 161 of this judgment. 12. The State shall pay the amounts established in paragraphs 171, 172, 174, 175, 176, and 178 of this judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damages, and reimbursement of costs and expenses, pursuant to paragraphs 179 to 183 of this judgment. 13. Within the term of one year from notification of this judgment, the State shall submit a report to the Court on the measures adopted to comply with it, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraphs 151 and 157 of this judgment. 14. The Court shall monitor full compliance with this judgment, in the exercise of its powers and in compliance with its duties under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will consider this case closed once the State has fully complied with the provisions hereof.
