The State must adopt all necessary measures to guarantee the safety of the next of kin of Senator Manuel Cepeda Vargas and to prevent them having to move or to leave the country again as a result of threats, or acts of harassment or persecution against them following notification of this judgment, in the terms of paragraph 218 of this judgment unanimously, that: 10. In addition, this judgment must be published integrally, for at least one year, on an appropriate official web page of the State, in the terms of paragraph 220 of the judgment. unanimously, that: 11. The State must organize a public act of acknowledgement of international responsibility for the facts of this case, in the terms of paragraphs 223 to 225 of this judgment. unanimously, that: 12.
