Require the State to submit to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, by no later than August 8, 2014, a report indicating all the measures taken to comply with the reparations ordered by this Court that are pending compliance in accordance with the provisions of Considering clauses 25, 30, 37 and 39 and in the first operative paragraph of this Order. 5. Require the common interveners that represent the victims and their next of kin, and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to submit observations on the State’s report mentioned in the preceding paragraph within four to six weeks, respectively, from receipt of the report. 6. Request the Secretary of the Court to provide notice of this Order to the State, the common interveners of the representatives of the victims and their next of kin and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
