The Judgment on merits issued on August 18, 2000, by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Court,” “the Inter-American Court” or “the Tribunal”). 2. The Judgment on reparations issued by the Court on December 3, 2001. 3. Paragraph 97 of the Judgment on reparations (supra Having Seen 2), where it is states that, “[i]f State is late on payments, it will pay interest on the owed amount corresponding to the moratory bank interest in Peru.” 4.
