7 THEREFORE: THE INTER-AMERICAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, pursuant to the authority conferred by Article 63(2) of the American Convention on Human Rights and Article 25 of its Rules of Procedure, DECIDES: 1. To lift the provisional measures ordered by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in favor of the members of the Mayagna (Sumo) Awas Tigni Community, as indicated in the tenth considering paragraph of this Order. 2. To continue monitoring compliance with the judgment delivered by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the instant case on August 31, 2001. 3.
