The State must pay, within the term of one year, the amounts set out in paragraph
245 of the instant Judgment, as reimbursement for costs and expenses, which shall be
delivered to Andrea Gisela Ortiz-Perea and Alejandrina Raida Cóndor-Saez, as set forth in
paragraphs 246 and 249 to 252 thereof.
19.
The Court shall monitor full compliance with this Judgment and the instant case shall
be closed once the State implements in full the provisions herein. Within one year of the
date of notification of this judgment, the State shall furnish the Court with a report on the
measures taken in compliance therewith, in the terms of paragraph 253 of said judgment.
Judges Sergio García-Ramírez and Antônio Augusto Cançado Trindade informed to the Court
their Separate Opinions, and Judge ad hoc Fernando Vidal-Ramírez informed to the Court
his Concurring Opinion, which are attached to this Judgment.
