To declare the present petition admissible regarding the alleged violation of the rights
recognized by Articles 2, 5.1, 5.2, 8.1, 11.1, 24 and 25 of the American Convention, all in connection with
Article 1.1 of said instrument, and Article 7 of the Convention Belém do Pará to the detriment of Linda
Loaiza López Soto.
2.
To declare the present petition admissible regarding the alleged violation of the rights
recognized by Articles 5.1, 8.1 and 25 of the American Convention, in connection with Article 1.1 of said
instrument, to the detriment of the next of kin of Linda Loaiza López identified in paragraph two, note two,
of the present report.
3.
To declare the present petition inadmissible as regards the alleged violation of Article 4.1
of the American Convention.
4.
To notify the parties of this decision.
5.
To proceed with its examination of the merits of the case; and
6.
To publish this decision and include in its Annual Report to the OAS General Assembly.
