The State shall publish, at least once, in the Official Gazette and in another newspaper of wide national circulation, paragraphs 2 to 5, 17, 19, 52, 53, 61, 65, 69 to 79, 84 to 91, 104 to 107, and 113 of this Judgment, without the corresponding footnotes and with the titles of the respective chapters, as well as the operative paragraphs therein, in the term of six months, as of notice of this Judgment, under the provisions of paragraphs 141 of this Judgment. 8. It will monitor full compliance with this judgment and will consider the case closed when the State has executed the operative paragraphs. Within a term of one year as of notice the Judgment, the State shall submit to the Court a report on the measures adopted in order to comply with the Judgment.
