The State shall, within one year of the notification of this judgment, present the Court with a report on the measures adopted to comply with the judgment, notwithstanding the terms found in paragraph 233 of this judgment. 15. The Court will monitor the full compliance of this judgment, in the exercise of its attributions and in compliance with its duties under the American Convention on Human Rights and will close this case once the State has fully complied with this judgment.
