To call upon the State to take all steps as may be necessary in order for the measures of protection ordered in the instant Order to be devised and implemented with the participation of the beneficiaries of such measures or their representatives so as to be diligently and effectively provided and to, in general terms, keep them informed on the progress made in its enforcement. 3. To call upon the State to continue informing the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, every two months, as of notice of this Order, on the provisional measures adopted in accordance with this decision. 4. To call upon the representatives of the beneficiaries of the provisional measures and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to submit their comments within the term of four and six months, respectively, as of notice of the State’s reports mentioned in the above operative paragraph. 5. To require the Secretariat to notify this Order to the State, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives of the beneficiaries of these measures.
