16. The State shall eliminate the indicator of “eradication of homosexuals and transvestites”
from the public safety plans of the regions and districts of Peru, pursuant to paragraph 255 of
this judgment.
17. The State shall pay the amounts established in paragraphs 260, 267 and 276 of this
judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and to reimburse costs
and expenses, pursuant to paragraphs 283 to 288 of this judgment.
18. The State shall reimburse the Victims’ Legal Assistance Fund of the Inter-American Court
of Human Rights the sum disbursed during the processing of this case, pursuant to paragraphs
282 and 288 of this judgment.
19. The State, within one year of notification of this judgment, shall provide the Court with a
report on the measures adopted to comply with it, notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph
231 of this judgment.
20. The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment, in exercise of its authority and
in fulfillment of its duties under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will close this
case when the State has complied fully with all its provisions.
