To request the beneficiaries of the instant measures or their representatives and the
Inter-American Commission to submit to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, no
later than October 28, 2009, the comments they may deem fit to the report mentioned in
the fourth operative paragraph, as well as to furnish detailed information and elements
backing the individual situation, the existence, the nature and the origin or the source of the
risk affecting the next of kin mentioned in the request by the Inter-American Commission to
expand the measures.
7.
To request the beneficiaries of these measures or their representatives and the InterAmerican Commission for Human Rights to file their observations within a time limit of four
and six weeks, respectively, as from the date the reports by the State mentioned in the fifth
operative paragraph be served upon them.
8.
To request the Secretariat of the Court to serve notice of the instant Order upon the
Inter-American Commission for Human Rights, upon the representatives of the beneficiaries
and upon the State.
