The State, within one year from notification of this judgment, shall provide the Court with a report on the measures adopted to comply with it, without prejudice to the provisions of paragraphs 208, 216, 224, and 227. 15. The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment in exercise of its authority and in fulfillment of its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights and will consider this case closed once the State has complied fully with all its provisions.
