To request the State to submit to the Inter- American Court of Human Rights, no later than November 10, 2008, a detailed report specifying such measures as may have been adopted to comply with the reparations ordered by this Court, still pending compliance, as spelled out in the Considering clauses No. 45 and the declarative paragraph one of this Order. 3. To call upon the representatives of the victims’ next- of-kin and the InterAmerican Commission on Human Rights to submit their observations to the State’s report referred to in the preceding operative paragraph, within a period of four and six weeks, respectively, as from the date of receipt of the report. 4. To continue monitoring the aspect of the Judgment on merits, reparations and costs of September 22, 2006 that is still pending compliance. 5. To require the Secretariat of the Court to notify this Order to the State of Guatemala, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives of the victims’ next of kin.
