To declare that, in the context of this procedure on provisional measures, it will
not consider the effectiveness of the investigations into the facts that gave rise to the
measures, nor the alleged negligence of the State in these investigations, because this
corresponds to the examination of the merits of the case, which will be dealt with at
the appropriate stage in the processing of case 12,328, currently under consideration
by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
8.
To reiterate to the State that it should continue informing the Inter-American
Court of Human Rights every two months on the provisional measures adopted.
9.
To reiterate to the representatives of the beneficiaries of these measures and to
the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights that they should submit their
comments on the State’s report within four and six weeks, respectively, of receiving it.
10.
To require the Secretariat of the Court to notify this Order to the State, the
Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives of the
beneficiaries.
