To request the State to inform the beneficiaries or their representatives on the planning and implementation of the protection measures and, in general, to keep them posted on the progress of the provisional measures issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. 5. To request the State to continue to inform the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, every two months as from its last report, on the provisions taken to completely fulfill what has been ordered by the Inter-American Court, and to request the representatives of the beneficiaries and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to present their observations to the above-mentioned reports of the State within the term of four and six weeks, respectively, from the reception of said State reports. 6. To request the Secretariat of the Court to serve notice of the instant Order upon the State, upon the Inter-American Commission and upon the representatives of the beneficiaries of the instant measures.
