73 12. The State must submit to the Court a report, within one year of notification of this Judgment, on the measures adopted in compliance therewith. 13. The Court will monitor full compliance with this Judgment, in exercise of its attributions and in compliance with its duties in accordance with the American Convention on Human Rights, and will consider this case closed when the State has complied fully with its provisions.
