To consider closed the case of Claude-Reyes et al., based on the fact that the State of Chile has fully complied with the Judgment delivered by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights on September 19, 2006. 2. To file the proceedings of the instant case. 3. To communicate this Order to the General Assembly of the Organization of American States in its next period of regular sessions by means of the Annual Report of the InterAmerican Court of Human Rights for the year 2008. 4. To order the Secretariat of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights to notify the State of Chile, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representative of the victims of this order.
