To declare admissible the request for interpretation of the Judgment on merits,
reparations, and costs in the Case of the Miguel Castro Castro Prison presented by the
representatives.

To determine the sense and scope of that stated in the Judgment on merits,
reparations, and costs in the terms of paragraphs 62 to 70 of the present Judgment of
interpretation.
5.
To request the Secretariat of the Tribunal to notify the present Judgment to the
State, the Inter-American Commission, the representatives, and the common
intervener of the representatives of the victims and their next of kin.
