The amounts allocated in this judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and for reimbursement of costs and expenses shall be paid in full directly to the beneficiaries, without any deductions arising from possible charges or taxes. 340. If the State should fall into arrears, it shall pay interest on the amount owed corresponding to bank interest on arrears in Guatemala. Default interest shall begin to be calculated after a period of two years from notification of this judgment. X OPERATIVE PARAGRAPHS 341. Therefore, THE COURT DECIDES, Unanimously, 1.
