The amounts allocated in this judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and for reimbursement of costs and expenses shall be paid in full directly to the beneficiaries, without any deductions arising from possible charges or taxes. 340. If the State should fall into arrears, it shall pay interest on the amount owed corresponding to bank interest on arrears in Guatemala. Default interest shall begin to be calculated after a period of two years from notification of this judgment. X OPERATIVE PARAGRAPHS 341. Therefore, THE COURT DECIDES, Unanimously, 1. To partially accept the preliminary objection of lack of jurisdiction ratione temporis filed by the State, in the terms of paragraphs 18 to 24 of this judgment. 2. To dismiss the preliminary objection regarding the Court’s lack of jurisdiction to examine alleged violations of the Inter-American Convention on Forced Disappearance of Persons, in the terms of paragraph 29 of this judgment. 3. To dismiss the preliminary objection regarding the Court’s lack of jurisdiction to examine Article 7 of the Inter-American Convention on the Prevention, Punishment and Eradication of Violence against Women, in the terms of paragraph 30 of this judgment. 4. To dismiss the preliminary objection regarding the Court’s lack of jurisdiction to declare violations of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide, in the terms of paragraph 31 of this judgment. 5.
