In the case of the Massacres of El Mozote and nearby places,
the Inter-American Court of Human Rights (hereinafter “the Inter-American Court” or “the
Court”), composed of the following judges:

Procedure of the Court (hereinafter also “the Rules of Procedure”), delivers this Judgment,
