Unanimously, that:
1.
This Judgment constitutes per se a form of reparation.
2.
The State must set aside the civil sentence imposed on Mr. Jorge Fontevecchia
and Mr. Hector D'Amico, as well as all of its consequences, within one year from legal
notice of this Judgment, pursuant to paragraph 105 thereof.
3.
The State must carry out the publications provided for in this Judgment,
pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 108 of the same.
4.
The State must provide the amounts referred to in paragraphs 105, 128 and
129 of this Judgment, within one year of legal notice and in accordance with the
methods specified in paragraphs 131 to 136 of this Ruling.
5.
The Court will monitor compliance with this Judgment, in exercise of its powers
and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention, and will close
the case once the State has fully complied with the provisions thereof. The State shall,
within one year after legal notice is provided of this Judgment, submit a report to the
Court on measures taken to comply with it.
