To grant the extension requested by the State of Guatemala and, as a consequence, to summon the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, the representatives of the victim and his next-of-kin and the State of Guatemala to a hearing to be held in private in the next ordinary sessions of the Tribunal at the place and hour and on the date to be fixed and which shall be duly informed to the parties, in order for the Court to obtain information of those aspects pending compliance with the Judgment on the merits and the Judgment on the reparations issued in the instant case and listen to the observations made by the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives of the victim and his next- of-kin. 2. To require the Secretariat of the Court to notify this Order to the State, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the representatives of the victims and their next of kin.
