THEREFORE: THE INTER-AMERICAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, pursuant to Article 25(2) of the American Convention on Human Rights and with articles 31(3), 41, 46 and 50 of the Rules of Procedure of the Tribunal, DECIDES TO: 1. Dismiss the appeal filed by the State, and subsequently, ratify the Order of the President of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights of June 5, 2012, in all its terms. 2. Order the Secretariat of the Court to provide legal notice of this Order to the representatives of the alleged victims, the State, and the Inter-American Commission.
