To ask the State to submit a report to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights stating all the measures adopted to comply with all the pending reparations ordered by the Court, and to do so by no later than July 29, 2011. 3. To request that the representatives of the victims and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights submit their observations on the State report mentioned in the previous operative paragraph, within four and six weeks respectively, following the receipt of said report. 4. To continue to monitor all operative paragraphs of the Judgment on preliminary objection, merits, reparations and costs of July 10, 2007 that are pending. 5.
