Finds that, in fairness, the State must pay the amount of US$ 4.290 (four thousand two hundred and ninety United States dollars), as reimbursement of the expenses arising from the steps taken by the victims and their representatives in the domestic proceedings and in the international proceeding before the inter-American protection system. This amount to be paid through the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights. 6. Finds that it will monitor that this judgment is complied with and only then will it close the case.
