THE INTER-AMERICAN COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS, DECIDES: 1. To declare the above-mentioned petitions admissible as regards the alleged violations of the rights to a fair trial and to judicial protection protected in Articles 8 and 25, respectively, of the American Convention on Human Rights, without prejudging the merits of the matter. 2. To notify the petitioners and the State of this decision; 3. To continue with its analysis of the merits of the case; 4.
