70. The Commission also concludes that this petition is inadmissible insofar as the alleged violation of rights recognized in Articles 4 and 26 of the American Convention is concerned. 71. On the basis of the considerations of fact and of law set forth herein, THE INTER-AMERICAN COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS HAS DECIDED: 1. To declare this petition admissible in relation to the alleged violations of the rights recognized in Articles 5.1, 11.2, 17.2, and 24 of the American Convention, in keeping with Articles 1.1 and 2 of that convention. 2. To declare this petition inadmissible in relation to the alleged violations of the rights recognized in Articles 4 and 26 of the American Convention. 3. To apprise the parties of this decision. 4.
