The State must make an audio-visual documentary on the forced disappearance of
children during the armed conflict in El Salvador, with specific mention of this case, which
includes the work carried out by the Asociación Pro-Búsqueda de Niños y Niñas
Desaparecidos, as established in paragraph 210 of this judgment.

The State must adopt the pertinent and appropriate measures to guarantee to
agents of justice, as well as to Salvadoran society, public, technical and systematized
access to the archives that contain useful information that is relevant to the investigation in
cases prosecuted for human rights violations during the armed conflict, as established in
paragraph 212 of this judgment.

The State must pay the amounts established in paragraphs 225, 228 and 239 of this
judgment as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage and for
reimbursement of costs and expenses, as appropriate, in the terms of paragraphs 243 to
249 hereof.
12.
The State must reimburse the Victim’s Legal Assistance Fund of the Inter-American
Court of Human Rights the sum expended during the processing of this case, in the terms
of paragraph 242 of this judgment.
13.
The State must, within one year of notification of this judgment, provide the Court
with a report on the measures adopted to comply with it.
14.
The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment, in exercise of its authority
and in compliance with its obligation under the American Convention on Human Rights, and
will conclude this case when the State has complied fully with its operative paragraphs.
