To reiterate to the State that the beneficiaries of these measures or their
representatives must be allowed to participate in the planning and implementation of
the protective measures and, in general, must be kept informed of the progress made
in relation to the measures ordered by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.

To reiterate to the State to submit to the Inter-American Court of Human
Rights, no later than March 15, 2006, the report on the provisional measures ordered,
in accordance with the requirements laid out in Considering clauses No. 16, 21, 22, 24,
26 and 27 hereof.
5.
To request the representatives of the beneficiaries of the measures to submit to
the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, within seven days following notice of the
State report, such comments as they may deem appropriate.
6.
To request the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to submit to the
Inter-American Court of Human Rights, within fifteen days following notice of the State
report, such comments as it may deem appropriate.

Inter-American Court of Human Rights every two months regarding the provisional
measures adopted, and to request the beneficiaries of these measures or their
representatives to submit their comments within four weeks following notice of the
State reports, and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights to submit its
comments on said reports within six weeks following receipt.

To notify the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, the representative
of the beneficiaries and the State of this Order.
