The State shall implement training and education programs aimed at public officials,
pursuant to paragraph 177 of this judgment.

The State shall pay the amount stipulated in paragraphs 184 and 189 of this judgment
as compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and for the reimbursement of costs
and expenses, in accordance with paragraphs 190 to 195 of this judgment.

The State, within one year from the notification of this judgment, shall provide the
Court with a report on the measures adopted to comply with it, without prejudice to the
provisions of paragraph 169 of this judgment.

The Court will monitor full compliance with this judgment, in exercise of its authority
and in fulfillment of its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights, and will
close this case when the State has complied fully with its provisions.
