Rescind and conclude the provisional measures ordered by the Tribunal in its Orders of April 16, 1997; June 3, 1999; July 4, 2006, and February 6, 2008, regarding Gonzalo Arias Alturo. 2. Require the State to continue adopting the necessary measures to protect the life and personal integrity of Maria Nodelia Parra. 3. Request the State to present to the Tribunal, by no later than March 31, 2010, a new study of the level of risk and degree of threat regarding Maria Nodelia Parra, in the terms of Considering clause 26 of the present Order. 4. Request the Secretary of the Inter-American Court to notify the present Order to the State of Colombia, to the representatives of the beneficiaries, and to the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights.
