The Court will monitor the full compliance with this Judgment, in the exercise of its attributions and in compliance with its obligations pursuant to the American Convention on Human Rights, and will conclude the present case once the State has entirely satisfied said dispositions. In a period of one year as of the notification of this Judgment, the State must offer the Court a brief regarding the measures adopted to satisfy compliance.
