12. The State shall provide the Court, within a period of one year from the notification of this
Judgment, with a report on the measures adopted to comply with it.
13. The Court will monitor full compliance with this Judgment, in the exercise of its authority
and in compliance with its obligations under the American Convention on Human Rights and will
consider this case closed once the State has fully complied with the provisions contained in it.
