88 those indicated herein, within one year of notification of the Judgment, under the terms of the following paragraphs. 288. In regard to the compensation ordered in favor of the girl Yenys Bernardino Rosendo, the State must deposit it in a solvent Mexican institution. The investment must be made within one year, in the most favorable financial conditions permitted by the law and banking practices, while the beneficiary is a minor. Said sums can be withdrawn by her when she is no longer a minor, or before then if it is convenient to the best interest of the child, as determined by the competent judicial authorities. If the compensation is not claimed within ten years of the minor coming of age, the sum shall be returned to the State with interest. 289. In regard to the payment of the amount that corresponds to Mrs. Rosendo Cantú, the State must analyze the convenience, if the victim agrees, to carry out payment via a deposit made in a bank account, without this affecting the amount ordered in the Judgment. 290. Should any of the beneficiaries die before they have received the respective compensation, this shall be delivered directly to their heirs, in accordance with the applicable domestic laws. 291. The State must comply with its pecuniary obligations by payment in dollars of the United States of America or the equivalent amount in Mexican pesos, using the exchange rate in force in the New York exchange the day before the payment to make the respective calculation. 292. If, for reasons that can be attributed to the beneficiaries of the compensation or to their heirs, it is not possible to pay the amounts established within the time indicated, the State shall deposit the amount in their favor in an account or a deposit certificate in a solvent Mexican financial institute in dollars of the United States of America and in the most favorable financial conditions permitted by law and banking practice. If, after 10 years, the compensation has not been claimed, the amounts shall revert to the State with the accrued interest 293. The amounts allocated in this Judgment as compensation and for reimbursement of costs and expenses must be delivered to the persons indicated integrally, as established in this Judgment, without any deduction arising from possible taxes or charges. 294. If the State should fall into arrears, it shall pay interest on the amount owed, corresponding to the banking interest on arrears in Mexico. XII OPERATIVE PARAGRAPHS 295. Therefore, THE COURT DECIDES, unanimously, that:
