THEREFORE: THE INTER-AMERICAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS, in exercise of the attributes conferred on it by Article 63(2) of the American Convention on Human Rights and Articles 25 and 29 of the Rules of Procedure, DECIDES: 1. To lift the provisional measures in favor of Andrew Dottin, Arnold Ramlogan, Balkissoon Roodal, Beemal Ramnarace, Kevin Dial, Sheldon Roach, and Takoor Ramcharan, in conformity with Considering paragraphs 6 to 16 of the present Order. 2. To require the Secretariat of the Court to serve notice of the present Order on the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, and the representatives of the beneficiaries. 3. To archive the present matter. 7
