2. It will continue monitoring the measures pending compliance of the Judgment on preliminary objection, merits, reparations and costs of June 7, 2003, in accordance with the Order of February 20, 2012, and considering paragraphs 2 and 9 of this Order. 3. The Republic of Honduras must adopt all necessary measures to comply promptly and effectively with the pending aspects, pursuant to the Order of February 20, 2012, and considering paragraphs 2 and 9 of this Order, as stipulated in Article 68(1) of the American Convention on Human Rights. 4. The Republic of Honduras must present a report to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, by December 10, 2013, at the latest, indicating all the measures taken to comply with subparagraph (h) of the ninth operative paragraph of the Judgment, in the terms of considering paragraph 9 of this Order. 5. The representatives of the victims and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights must present observations on the State’s report mentioned in the preceding operative paragraph within two and four weeks, respectively, of receiving it. 6. The Secretariat of the Court is required to notify this Order to the Republic of Honduras, the Inter-American Commission, and the representatives of the victims.
