The State is responsible for the violation of the right to equality and nondiscrimination enshrined in Article 24, in conjunction with Articles 19 and 1.1. of the American Convention, to the detriment of the girls M., V. and R., under the terms of paragraphs 150 to 155 of this Judgment.
