The private hearing on monitoring compliance held on May 19, 2010 at the Tribunal’s headquarters, to analyze the implementation of the reparation measure related to the medical and psychological treatment ordered in the instant case and in another seven cases regarding Colombia. 16. The communication of August 5, 2010, by which Mrs. Luz Marina Poveda Leon, widow of deceased victim Cesar Augusto Morales Cepeda, made reference to the compliance with two measures of reparation. CONSIDERING THAT: 1. Monitoring compliance with its decisions is an inherent power of the judicial functions of the Court.
