12 Court also notes that the submission of some of those documents is extemporaneous17 in accordance with Article 46(1) of the Court’s Rules of Procedure. 45. Additionally, during the public hearing and as annexes to their final written arguments, the State submitted several documents to the Tribunal (supra paras. 8 and 10). In this regard, the Court observes that some of those documents had already been incorporated into the case file,18 that others were requested by the Tribunal19 (supra paras. 8 and 9) and that most of them refer to events that occurred after the submission of the answer to the application20 (supra para. 5).
