The State must pay the amount established in the reparations agreement as
compensation for pecuniary and non-pecuniary damage, and medical and psychological
care, in the terms of paragraphs 225 to 227 of this Judgment.

The State must pay the amount established in the reparations agreement and in
paragraph 231 of this Judgment, to reimburse costs and expenses, in the terms of
paragraphs 229 to 232 of this Judgment.
13.
The State must, within six months of notification of this Judgment, submit a report to
the Court on the measures adopted to comply with it.
14.
The Court will monitor integral compliance with this Judgment, in exercise of its
authority and in observance of its obligations under the American Convention on Human
Rights, and will close this case when the State has complied fully with its provisions.

this Judgment.
