President of June 5, 2012 (supra Considering clause 6) in all its terms and finds that the failure
on the part of the State to propose expert witness evidence at the proper time and in the
proper form makes its proposal inadmissible. That evidence shall therefore not be requested,
pursuant to the terms of Article 58 of the Rules of Procedure.
THEREFORE:
THE INTER-AMERICAN COURT OF HUMAN RIGHTS,
pursuant to Article 25(2) of the American Convention on Human Rights and with articles 31(3),
41, 46 and 50 of the Rules of Procedure of the Tribunal,
DECIDES TO:
1.
Dismiss the appeal filed by the State, and subsequently, ratify the Order of the
President of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights of June 5, 2012, in all its terms.
2.
Order the Secretariat of the Court to provide legal notice of this Order to the
representatives of the alleged victims, the State, and the Inter-American Commission.
